He is a decorated law enforcement professional. He is a licenced Private Investigator and is acredited by the Province of Ontario, Private Security and Investigative Services Branch.  The President has led and managed major investigations including, Firearms and Weapons Trafficking, Breaking and Entering, Theft, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Fraud and False Pretences, Drug Trafficking and Possession and serious crimes against persons. He was a former member of the elite Toronto Police Service, Organized Crime, Firearm Enforcement Unit and the Provincial Weapons Enforcement Unit.    The President has conducted speacialised investigations into the infringement of copy assisting the Canadian Recording Industry and the Canadian Major Motion Picture Distributers Association.  He has investigated and assisted in many matrimonial and family issues including missing children and persons with dependancies.  He is a surveillance expert  and is trained in detecting deception and interviewing techniques.  He is the holder of several awards including the police excemplary service medals for twenty and thirty years of loyal and meritorious service.    Through the Presidents leadership, experience, training and hard work ethic "Retired Guys" Investigative Consulting is able to quickly determine the needs of its clients.
